Papi Chair于2013年设计成型,设计之初是以创作流动曲线的雕塑作品为目的,椅子内部曲面与人体贴合,三周的椅臂向内弯曲,既是形态的表现也希望家具能以拟人的方式让使用者感受到被臂膀环绕拥抱的体验。椅子的成型方式使用3D打印技术,利用PA66尼龙与玻璃纤维复合材料热熔堆积成型。通过软件对于受力分析的计算,在产品内部合理地增加内部结构设计,以保证更加轻量化的设计效果。曲线设计使其更舒适,令硬度材料也可以通过曲面造型而获得柔和、舒适的触感体验。
Papi Chair was designed in 2013. At the beginning of the design, it aims to create sculptures with flowing curves. The inner surface of the Chair fits the human body, and the arms of the Chair bend inward for three weeks. The chair is formed by using 3D printing technology, PA66 nylon and glass fiber composite material hot-melt stacking molding.Through the calculation of force analysis by software, the internal structure design of the product is reasonably added to ensure the design effect of more lightweight.Curve design makes it more comfortable, so that the hardness of the material can also get soft, comfortable touch experience through the curved surface modeling.
